Cancellations made 24 hours before the rental start time receive a full refund. Cancellations within 24 hours may be subject to a cancellation fee. No-shows will be charged the full rental amount.
Yes! You can extend your rental period subject to availability. Contact us as soon as possible to arrange an extension. Additional charges will apply based on our standard daily rates.

Yes, a refundable security deposit is required for all rentals. The deposit amount varies by equipment value and is fully refunded upon safe return of the equipment in good condition.
All camera rentals include essential accessories: memory cards, batteries, chargers, and carrying cases. Premium packages include additional accessories like tripods, filters, and extended battery packs.
Minor wear and tear is expected and covered. For significant damage, repair costs will be deducted from your security deposit. We recommend handling all equipment with care and using provided protective cases.
Absolutely! We encourage testing equipment during pickup. Our team will demonstrate all features and ensure you're comfortable with the equipment before you leave.
Yes! We offer convenient delivery and pickup services within Kuala Lumpur and surrounding areas. Delivery charges apply based on distance. Self-pickup is also available at our location.
Our standard hours are 9 AM to 8 PM, Monday to Friday, and 10 AM to 6 PM on weekends. Special arrangements for early pickup or late return can be made with advance notice.
Yes, but the person must present a copy of your ID and the booking confirmation. They must also be authorized by you in writing or via WhatsApp confirmation.
